Chalet 26 Description Cabin #26 is a newly built log home in the beautiful Paradise Lake Resort. While not directly on the lake it does have amazing views of the lake and the resort property. The cabin itself has direct access to crown land which offers unlimited trails for adventure in all 4 seasons. Our cozy cabin is 3 levels with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and additional beds in the loft. The main source of heat comes from the wood burning stove (wood is provided). There is a TV room on the upper level with a DVD player and lots of DVD’s, and three single beds. The main level has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, fridge and microwave, a full bathroom and two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one queen). The basement (also used as the main entrance) has a pool table, full bathroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed. There is a propane BBQ outside on the deck overlooking the resort and the lake and an outdoor firepit area to enjoy some more fresh air and possibly some roasted marshmallows. Paradise Lake is wonderful in all four seasons. The spring and summer offers fishing, hiking, swimming, or exploring the many trails and backroads on quads/dirt bikes. The fall and winter offer ice fishing, hunting, snowshoeing or snowmobiling. The lake also freezes over so make sure to bring your skates. Please note: The cabin is a non-smoking area and pets are not permitted. As a condition of rental and in the absence of housekeeping services in this remote location, we rely on guests to properly clean and restore the cabin at departure in preparation for guests who follow. Guests are asked to please provide their own linens and towels and carry away trash and recycling. As such, there is no additional cleaning or service fee applied to the rental. Additional guests are $25 per person per night up to a maximum of eight guests total. During July and August there is a five-night minimum. The rest of the year there is a three-night minimum.
